Privacy notice
Nature of this project
Zoqli is a personal learning and portfolio project, built by an individual to show their software engineering work. It is not offered as a commercial service: nothing is charged, nothing is sold, there is no advertising, and creating an account establishes no commercial relationship.
Data controller
Zoqli, operated by Fernando González Banda (Tampico, Tamaulipas, Mexico), is responsible for the personal data processed through this application, in terms of the Mexican Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP). Contact: fglzb00@gmail.com.
Personal data we process
When you create an account we process your name and email address, handled by the authentication provider. Inside the application you may enter customer and supplier records (name, phone, email, tags and notes). Please use fictional data: this is a test environment and you should not enter real personal data about third parties. We do not process sensitive personal data, we do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell it to anyone.
Purposes
Your data is used solely to authenticate you, to make the application work (inventory, sales, reports and alerts), to send you operational email notifications, and to keep security audit records. It is not used for any commercial purpose.
Transfers and processors
We do not transfer your personal data to third parties, other than the service providers (processors) needed to run the application: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Upstash (cache), Clerk (authentication), Resend (email) and Inngest (background jobs). Data is hosted in the United States.
Retention
Because this is a test environment, accounts and their data may be deleted periodically without notice. You can request immediate deletion of your organization from the Settings page or by writing to the contact address.
ARCO rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection (ARCO), or revoke your consent, by writing to fglzb00@gmail.com. We will respond within the terms established by the LFPDPPP.
Data deletion
The owner of an organization may request the deletion of all of the organization's data from the Settings page inside the application. The request is recorded and processed manually, with confirmation by email.
