What this is
Zoqli is a personal learning and portfolio project. It is not a commercial service: nothing is charged, nothing is sold, and creating an account establishes no commercial relationship and no support obligation.
Acceptance
By creating an account and using Zoqli you accept these terms and the privacy notice. If you do not agree with them, do not create an account.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the information you enter into the application. You must have the legal capacity to accept these terms.
Acceptable use
You must not use the application for unlawful activity, to attempt to compromise its security or that of its users, to post offensive content or third-party content without authorization, or to generate automated load that degrades the service for others.
Availability
No availability is guaranteed. The application may be changed, interrupted or withdrawn at any time, and accounts and their data may be deleted periodically without notice.
No warranty
The application is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Do not use it to run a real business or as the only record of information you care about: enter fictional data. To the extent permitted by law, the author is not liable for any damage arising from its use.
Intellectual property
The code, the design and the Zoqli name belong to its author. The data you enter remains yours, and you can request its deletion at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Tampico, Tamaulipas.
